Movement Classes

Move as a way of listening.

These movement classes are an invitation to come into relationship with your body in a kinder, non-judgmental, and more spacious way. Rather than pushing, performing, or trying to get it right, you are invited to move with curiosity, breath, presence, and tenderness.

Each class offers a pathway into embodiment — a chance to notice what is here, free the voice, shake out tightness and held-in feelings, move in your own unique beautiful way, and celebrate you. Movement becomes prayer, listening, release, and return.

What a session looks like.

  • We wake up the body with gentle movement and embodied awareness.
  • Let our voice out through sounding — whatever needs voice, whether that's "no," "yes," "enough," monster sounds, or anything else that's there.
  • Shake out all the tightness, everything that's being held in, freeing the emotions and every part of the body that wants to open.
  • Flow and play, moving to the music.
  • Connect with our femininity, sensuality, and our "sexy."
  • Celebrate ourselves and our aliveness.
  • Ground the insights and affirm our true nature.

This movement practice brings greater self-connection, embodiment, and emotional release, and supports a regulated nervous system. These classes are a welcoming space for women of all experience levels.
